Hosting and Security Provider
The Site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, which provides content delivery, DNS, DDoS mitigation and related security services.

Retention

Technical logs used for security may be kept for a short period sufficient to investigate incidents and ensure service integrity, unless a longer period is required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Subject to conditions and exemptions in the UK GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw consent at any time (this will not affect processing carried out before withdrawal).

Security
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are implemented to protect personal data, including the use of security and performance services (such as Cloudflare) designed to mitigate common online threats. No online service can be completely secure; please take care when sharing personal information.
Children
The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
Third-Party Content and Services
The Site may include content embedded from, or links to, third-party services (for example, maps, videos, survey or analytics tools). Those third parties may collect data in accordance with their own privacy and cookie practices when you interact with their content. We do not control how third parties operate their services.
